But like this we must look at the roof all the time to check if someone jumps on there in the disallowed way from outside or in the allowed way from inside. If we only see 1 player standing on the roof, we cannot know if he got there in a correct or in a forbidden way.
So can't we just disallow it in general to get on that roof? Then it would be much easier to control. 1 player on that roof = warning/!splat. Of course this would only count only for that paticular roof which is shown on S4m4l's Screenshot. To the other roofs are even ladders, so it should be allowed to go there.

Oh and by the way, if we're already talking about the map 'Fuel Dump'. Overjumping the fence to the fuel dump when it's completely constructed is NOT allowed either, neither for Allies nor for Axis. It happens way too often that the Allied attack gets blown away by Axis engineers who simply jump over the fence to defuse the dynamite, even TWC members happen to do this sometimes which is not acceptable!
