These aren't phones, theses are companies, except for the iPhone, which is a brand.. Did you mean which company's phone I like most? Because I could say that an iPhone 3S is much better than a Samsung Corby, which in turn is better than Nokia's 7710 (Not sure if right model number) Supernova phone. But then, I can also say that the Galaxy S4 is better than the iPhone 3S.

Why the h.e.l.l. would you even want an iPhone 3S?

Just get an iPhone 5 or wait till the iPhone 6 is released, iPhones are the best phones imo.
They're also have the fastest processors and their system is a lot lighter than the android system.
Another point is that Apple is a lot more safe than the others..

You can't just ask us what is the best phone, you must ask our opinion about it. Phones are very different, and so is people. Some phones are Simple to use, some phones arent. Some phones have a good processor, some phones dont. Some phones have a touch screen, some phones have just buttons. Different people like different kind of phones.

I go for Nokia, I have one myself (Nokia Lumia 630).
I like how easy to hande they are and pretty cheap for what you all get.
Only neg. point is that the application come a lot later or not at all in App store of Microsoft.
