Well it does if you have a legit reason for it not like this.

So if i'm correct, you're saying we shouldn't ban this account, although he got banned with his other account, due to the fact cuz there is no sumplementary reason now?
So if you disagree a person to come work for you, you will hire him if he just changes his name?  Grtz............................. Edit: and i can't IP ban on forum, otherwise i would've done so

No im just saying that he kept quiet for a couple months and that this new ban isnt legit enough to ban him.
Look at hani(alright he was longer quiet but kinda same situation), he got banned too due to a huge fight with kornie. And he even could join back.
