This is a moment which was long-awaited, but finally I have the honour to announce other promotions.
You guys truly deserved on them, so let's just start:

Puitje 4 --> 6 (because Puitje refused, it will be at least 6 lvl)

and unfortunately, there is also one demotion, the main reason is the lack of care for RCTR spot.

I really thank you for the opportunity but I have to refuse the offer.

First thing: I'm not sure what the role of a RCTR is these days since every member can 'recruit' new people by just forwarding them to our site.

Second thing is: I'm not really interested in any HA role, I just prefer to be a member and play from time to time.
