Recruiting system:

All high admins (PsA and over) from another servers are allowed to recruit to Sniper.

The recruits need to have at least 500XP on Sniper, need to look like a mature player. The recruiter need to play with him, or spec him an look his skills, how he snipe, if you think he is good enough (actually doesn't need to be good, just know how to snipe, use commands and speak English) you need to tell him these things:
- He has to register to www.board.twcclan.org and read it at least twice a week. Introduction post in Registration base is nice to see.
- He has to read and accept TWC and Sniper rules.
- He has to set and wear his tags.

If he accepts these things you can set him 5.
Remember to post every recruit in 'Roster updates'.
