And he came back to TWC for lvl 5 (even lower than the lvl he had before he left), because he enjoys playing here with nice, friendly people. (most of them Wink), giving up a recruiter rank (Correct me if I'm wrong Narko cause I'm not totally sure) in DS.

This conversation is going to nowhere.
The point is, Jebbaniec didn't follow to rules so he gets a warning for this.
He may be glad I dont punish him much harder because this isn't the first time that this happened.
Next time he talks another language than English in main he'll get a ban for 7 days.

And if you see him not talking English in main; please take a screenshot and send it to me or to Forthan.
We'll take care of this.
