And why you want to be owner? Because you want to help? Well, many people already told you can help others without level, and its true.
Its NOT like "I cant help anyone before Im owner" The way we have owners, they did first help others and deserved levels because they did good job, now they are proud after all this work and still helping others.
We already have Divine, Chuck, Chaos as ND owners, and Schaapje as JSO. So no need to offer yourself to be owner, you can help people without levels.
After all pointless discussion. Difference between owner and normal member, both can help much as they can. So dont discuss this anymore because its so surely declined, levelasking/hunting is not allowed + nobody ever asked for owner of server just after he joined (Because its obviously strange/stupid). No offense but just telling how it really is, dont worry, you can help people without having more levels.

Great example!!!
You dont need lvl for help! Just play, be helpful and then maybe you will be a High Admin! Or an Owner or Visiting Owner!

And just a reminder, i saw you in jumpserver just a few moments ago and still i'm wondering why you need me to set you level to look at levlist and levelinfo, you have been set level 4 as every visiting member on a server is, and i will not raise level of a person that has been here for a few brief moments, sorry, so no need to ask in the future.

Seems like your plans for instant
world domination have been
rejected.
