I don't see a reason to get so mad about spam topics. It helps to keep spam out of the important areas and gives members something to do if they can't be in the server. They have the same use as shoutbox, just another thing to do in forum.

Easiest way to avoid all the spam threads is to not click on them. Click on 'View Todays Posts' then click on the important topics that you guys want to read or reply to if you don't want to play the spam game.

Nothing more to say. In previous forum there were countings in almost all bases, blocking important posts from being read from index because someone made counting post in 10 threads in different bases. Now I think it's a progress, even if there are too much useless topics. I won't remove them unless someone crosses the border and goes outside Spam base.

Many people have fun in Counting topics, so dont flame and be happy that people are coming to Forum to "Spam" and maybe check the important news at the same time, instead of dont visit the Forum at all

And why that? SPAM as the base name says is for posting unnecessary and worthless stuff. Why should we limit it? Can agree for removing duplicated topics (or any other next counting topic) but there is no reason for disallowing posting it completely.

How hard is it really to simply avoid the spam board if you don't like it?

Many people like to make a post and have people reply to them even when it is a spam topic, thus the duplicate or more threads. So if it remains in the spam area let it be, don't worry about it and just avoid that board.

Seems to me this has become a spam thread since it is going nowhere. Now you all are participating in what you are complaining about :P
