Yes i did but you already made some changes in the recruitment rules without discussing so i just want to notify you that schaap and i are still here :P

But its a good idea to bring TO level in ND it will prevent some members who have bad behaviour or isn't mature enough cq trolling whole time.

Oh I see. :P Nah man, the new rules was just that recruiters put in the date of recruitment, because we are gonna use the old promotion rule again, like we should have done.

As I understood it (if im right), this trial level differs from the usual first stage of being twc member after making an account in 2 things:

people can SEE youre trial member (To-tags)
you will, maybe, have a feeling of greater accomplishment by the time youre done with the trial.

Its not like I dont appreciate this idea, indeed, its a good one.
But have you thought about the consequences which might come along?

- people might feel over-controlled, being watched all the time...does this really make them wanna stay in our clan?
- what happens if all the other members and guest see this guy is a TO? what if some feel like provoking him, just to make sure he wont pass the trial?
- main doubt: its a hella work to control every new trial member for more than a few days. are you sure you are able to handle that?

side note: ofc some people say/think, if someone doesnt behave well, he just wont get PROmoted. True, seems to happen. But have you thought about DEmoting someone if they dont behave properly`? :P

The idea is ok, but I personally don't like this. We should watch people BEFORE they join. Now when we do that afterwards people will associate the bad members with twc, which is something we (at least I) am not a big fan of. I like the idea of more looking to their personality as to look to their skills therefor I would suggest to remove the tryout as is now and change it into some sort of activity check or whatsoever.

But the idea of giving trials while in twc is something I'm not up for.

Well I think we all agree on the fact something has, well is good if, to change in the tryout system.
If you don't like the trial idea, we updo the amount of EXP you need to join TWC. But there is one little flaw, as I said in my PM to you, the Recruiters aren't paying attention to the visitors at all, only if they're breaking rules or wanna know something. There is no further interaction between Recruiters+ and new members, from my point of view. But the point is, what if you know and what if they're immature kids, who can barely speak english, or are screaming in caps lock or w/e. What if they want a tryout? Tell them No? That's seem even more harsh, when they already spend hours getting that EXP (if it upgraded), than telling them when they KNOW they can be refused.

So 3 options:
-Let it stay like this
-Upmore the minimum EXP you need to join TWC (I need new recruiters for this, to be honest)
-Trial System. (And this will just be an experiment)

I think we could use some old g!x method let guests gain xp and if they think they are ready to join. They should put [R] in front of their names so rctrs know they want to be recruited. This helps the recruiters to find people who want to join. When we make the joining rules clear the recruitee knows what he has to do and has to be to join twc.
