Complaint Policy :

Guests :
Guests are welcome to report unruly / inappropriate behaviour of clan members in the forum. However these must be accompanied with proof : screenshots / demos ( *.dm84 and *.dm82). However please do report complains in a calm manner, and respond similiary. Undue agression towards events will not help you getting the matter cleared. The format of a complaint is :

In-game name : <name> Date of incident : <date> Server : <server> Incident : <incident> Reason of complaint : <reason> Name of person you are complaining about: <name> Have you ever been banned on any TWC server before : <yes/no>

Members :
Members are also free to complain about guests or other members, even if it as an higher admin or even a supreme. There is a separate sub-forum for Member Complaints; please post there. If you have identity concerns or want to register a complaint without revealing your identity to the person, you may report the incident to a person of higher level than the person you are complaining about, and ask them for anonymity. Please try and refrain from personal insults while registering a complain, as it only makes matters worse. Always, try and resolve the issue by talking it out rather than jumping to post a complaint.

ONLY players that are involved with the complaint and high admins of that server are allowed to reply to the thread.
