sorry for the topic but what happens there exceeds the limits! it was said that one should say to his mind and say something disturbs. and i do that now!

who will be banned or discontinued by a kick or deleting a thread? listen to it, that has no future! stops with the nervous finger! give the people the chance to react or justify them! unbelievable... there is still free expression of expression in the world and you can still express yourself for everything and why! will i be banned now because of the thread or just moved it again?

server, so I would like to be unbanned on BG as well, since it's nitmod and it's my favorite mod, and I changed my behavior to better (supremes can comfirm it), so I don't think if it's needed to punish me anymore.

On tonight's episode of "Mystik is bored and wants to get back into gaming clan drama" we are presented with a tutorial: What not to do when you suspect someone of cheating.

Firstly, you might have seen Oasis RQ the clan, stating that TWC allows cheaters and that he can't stand that:

Since I do not believe TWC endorses cheating in any way, let's take a deeper dive on this.

Friday-Saturday evening 13-14.11.2020, TWC No Download
We were playing late on ND, Me and Smiley vs Thrasher and Oasis. Oasis started to accuse Smiley of cheating, and it turns out he has suspected this for a while. From what he said on the server, I believe he had already taken demos earlier, sent them to higher up people and a conclusion had been reached that Smiley is clean. CORRECT ME IF THIS IS INCORRECT!
What then unfolded on the server was a start to the worst way of handling suspected cheaters, especially when they are your fellow clanmates.

Things got pretty ridiculous on the server, these are just 2 snippets in screenshot form, but you can check the full discussion from the logs.

I was not going to make any posts etc. about this, unless Oasis started some crap on the forums, but here we are. Why, you might ask? Well, today things escalated in Discord, and Tuksi provided his own very useful garbage trolling to the situation and things escalated beyond the point of return.

The amount of insults back and forth is just ridiculous, and this was handled poorly by both parties. (Managed to ss right before Chuckie moderated these)

Oasis, I understand your frustration because you believe that Smiley is cheating. I also understand your frustration about Tuksi's useless trolling and provocative behavior. This is still not the way to handle either thing.

IF YOU BELIEVE THAT SMILEY, OR ANY MEMBER IS CHEATING, AND THAT DEMO TEAM OR WHOEVER YOU HAVE SENT THE DEMOS TO HAVE MADE AN ERROR IN THEIR JUDGEMENT - POST THE DEMO PUBLICLY TO THE FORUM
This way you might get more opinions from people outside of the demo team.

1. If your demo team still has a reasonable amount of members who know their stuff, and these demos of smiley were already reviewed by the demo team, this case should be closed.
2. If you suspect someone of cheating... Don't tell them. Instead record demos and post to demo team / forum.
3. Even if the person is deemed clean, and you feel frustrated about it, you should not confront the player. You can perhaps try to sneakily record more demos and try to make a better case.
4. @Oasis, If 10 people have deemed the demos inconclusive of Smiley's possible cheating, what makes your one opinion superior?
5. If you think TWC is ran by Finnish Mafia + Nirv, send the demo to other people. There should be more members, admins, supremes and MSTs in this clan still?
6. Consider rebanning Tuksi, he has been warned multiple times, and he certainly provocated things in Discord which is why they escalated even worse.
7. Lanttu is not using a script, it is simply a settings change with no "automated" actions to counter recoil that a lot of people seem to think. It is simply a settings change and is allowed per the ND rules. Appeal to change the ND rule about this or stop complaining and use it yourself as well: /com_maxfps 76
8. The claim that TWC allows cheating is ridiculous. The demo team and forum reporting sections are there for a reason. If the demos go trough this process and the person is deemed to not be cheating, leave it be, or simply create more evidence to strengthen your case against the suspect.

Hello,

so I was playing in panzerserver with admin named Papounet and he put me his side all the long with no bots and was saying "now it's teamshooting time".

I wanted to play against with him but he repeatedly put me with his side.

eventually he kicked me out for 2minutes.

I really hope that this would solve,

so I was sat in spec in ND as I am working and cant game and work at the same time xD but I seen this in console I quickly took a SS of it. it was someone abusing a random play and accusing them of hacking. thought Id post it here incase any further action would be needed. I could get the name of the person who he was accusing as the new map loaded and wiped the console log

Hello everyone, I'm making this "complaint" thread because I'm getting disrespected from some supremes about getting back into Panzerwar server as a High Admin. I only want to see replies from supremes (if someone wants to give opinion please give a clear opinion about this situation not toxic and arguments). I'm not starting any drama and arguments I just want to clear some things, and PLEASE supremes read this closery before you making any answers. Everything what I write is 100% true.

Firstly, some of you might ask why I didn't rejoined PW if I want to be high admin there - I joined ND because ND is server where TWC Members plays often than in PW, and I firuged out if I want to do something bigger than just being as a member I must be matured and active and follow the rules which I did while I was in ND. That's why I joined ND because I wanted to show members that I'm matured and active enought.

Secondly, why I didn't transfer instead of leaving? - Because I know if I would transfer I'll never become again HA because of my leavings and rejoinings.

Thirdly, if you guys thinking that I'm asking for a higher level you're definitely wrong because I'm not asking, I just want to do what I used to do in 2018.

Fourthly, calling me as a clan hopper (or whatever you said it) is little bit offensive I think because I'm not leaving every 2 weeks, I joined last month and I didn't repeat DIDN'T wanted to leave I just wanted to go to PW (I do maybe made a mistake I should transfer, but whatever). Also about second leaving, I joined ND in November 2019 and I've left in January 2020 and I personally don't think that's a short time, (short time would be 1 week or 2 weeks) And I'm not happy with the thing what I've got yesterday from one of PW supreme - we don't need a high admin because we have 2 supremes. It's actually suprised me because as I remember when I was High Admin of PW there was with me ErrorLoading and Poseidon and 2 supremes (and also later Nirv was high admin of pw with me). So it would be better if you said you don't want me as a high admin.

For someone who thinks why he wants to be again in the clan when he leaves two weeks later - Here is my answer, if I wouldn't had any issues in 2018 I would have stayed in PW to this day. I know I made a big mistake I should go inactive instead of leaving but people make mistakes, and I made that mistake and I'm sorry for it.
So please I'm asking you to give me last one chance to be high admin of panzerwar server (I repeat last one chance please) I'm not going to leave again I promise, I learned from this mistake and I would never do it again I promise here, I know how to act as a high admin, I did once and I want to do it again.

Just a quick question for whoever is currently in charge with the servers security. Are we capable to detect any type of hacks at the moment? I'm a long time ET player and I'm pretty sure I can tell when someone is using. To be more specific, I'm looking at few Estonian players that I suspect on BG (I can provide their names if necessary). I think they're killing all the fun and it seems weird that no one has complained yet. If I'm mistaking and I wrongfully accused these guys, I apologize, but can someone check first what's going on? Thanks.

If you have identity concerns or want to register a complaint without revealing your identity to the person, you may report the incident to a person of higher level than the person you are complaining about, and ask them for anonymity. Please try and refrain from personal insults while registering a complain, as it only makes matters worse. Always, try and resolve the issue by talking it out rather than jumping to post a complaint.
