As we all know TWC or ET in general is not so popular anymore however i decided to make few basic changes hoping to attract more people so the following changes have been made mainly just basic improvement but i will try to keep on the top of it. As some people may have read i have managed to "get" myself banned with NcAX so it is now disable this should fix the problem for all users having this issure (as it turned out nothing to do with legacy)

- The history of the awesome -TWC|Sniper server -

TWC Sniper was in many people mind, including my own the greatest and most fun sniper server ever to be put online. In the beginning there were some bad people who took it upon themselves to try to destroy the server and that they did. The story of how it was revived is archived in the TWC History part I.

Here the story continues.

In the Glory days of TWC sniper there were up to 30 plus active members. It rose to second in the game tracker server rankings. People came to play nice maps and to meet the greatest admin team ever assembled in ET. Everyone was treated fairly when they came to this server. If someone came to cause trouble, MayheM was usually there to gove it to them. If they came to have fun all the other members were there to make sure they had it.

Jealousy ruled outside the server. People from other servers like fun, abc and others seemed to want to ruin the fastly growing popularity of the server. Sending people to try to take members, or disrupt the server with poor behavior and even once in awhile flooding or hacking the server. Sniper never faltered, infact to this day it stands while a large number have long since failed.

Many others that helped to make the server great.

Some server spawned from the members who came and went after some disagreements. But in the end they all failed.

So much talk about TWC Sniper ran through the et gaming arena. Guests were coming into see if it was really as great as they were told. Other so called Pro players started coming in. Some came to cause trouble and were strongly dealt with. Once there was a conversation between two GIX Pink members who came to see what a successful sniper server was and how to improve theirs.Maps were being made by guests and members. UJE Neik visited often to talk with Joint and MayheM. Sometimes to offer us first time trials on new maps.

545 and dp snipers came into the server. Finding their own servers empty, they were always able to find frienships and enemies here. Most were respectable when they came in but some just couldnt catch onto the fact that we had rules in our server and everyone had to follow them.

SST was born. It was the sniper scrim team. We had some great snipers in it and some that just loved to compete. We never looked for an elite team. TWC sniper was always about fun and not headhunting. One of the most shocking days was when a dp member left them and asked to join TWC. Others often asked but since we never were about being "Pro" they were discouraged from taking the step.

Leaning was the style of choice in these days. Guests and new players constantly accusing our members of cheating. They just couldn't understand how someone could rapidly popup from behind a box and kill them out in the open.

Eventually a new style too over. Bridging or binoc became the style of choice. Maps were added to the server with portals for one on one out in the open play.

This was around the time that MayheM stepped down and gave the Sniper server to Xenaluci. She was a great sniper supreme that led her to higher levels throughout the clan. She was liked and loved by most everyone who met her. She held the server high in ranks and perhaps even took it higher, yet it too soon came to an end and she also decided to leave the game.

Yet to me, she and every member who ever put on the famous TWC Pink tags were all instrumental in making the Glory Days the days I will never forget.

The history's second part continues from 28th May 2010:

This time Xena was the supreme, Helios was MG (level 19), Bialy the AMG (level 18), Bodzio the leader (level 16) and dodo the co-leader (level 15). In June for an unknown reason MayheM left and this started a leaving line, Xena, Helios, Zippy, Archon and Coca-Cola (that time AATL) left too. This meant the end of Sniper's first golden age.

Soon Michi has chosen as the new owner of Sniper. In few weeks he made few bigger mistakes and has been banned and demoted by Joint.

In July-August Bodzio and dodo became the new owners. Sniper was failing down since MayheM left. Soon Bialy left too. Was hard to recruit in those times, |fun| and |DC were strong too. Around December dodo went inactive and left in next year's February. From this time Bodzio was even more inactive.

From March Chunk (who was still No Download AAT this time) and J.R. started to recruit people. With a stronger team (9-10 active members) looked that Sniper has revived. We can call it Sniper's second short golden age. After Chunk left, most of the members left or became inactive.

Sniper started to falling down again. Soon J.R. became the PsA Leader again and tried to get the team more and more time there, but it was unsuccesful.

Finally the help has come. In August Bialy rejoined as Immortar, and soon became supreme with J.R., and Bodzio became a local Overlord (level 500). This period was about new updates and reforms. Sniper got new maps, mods, commands and soundpacks mostly by Immortar.

From March until June (2012) the number of the members increased with members who finally bring the server to its third (short) golden age: Pony, Deleter, Chippa, Change, Bollie, Rote, Slash.

The history's third part continues from 2015:
In the new year to start, (2015) TechN9NE ex TWC sniper member from years ago ( When Mayhem name was Saila. Has finally rejoined. With his help he tried his best activity wise by recruiting members even though he was only a donator at the time ( lvl 40 ) Bodzio & Rambo became inactive! With the help of Slash once he notice sniper was picking up action once again! MST took notice and Promoted both TechN9NE & Slash Supreme. In that time sniper manage to gain 5 new members, It seems sniper was on a streak gaining activity hosting special events & even one clan war against dP. Slash then left the clan due to complications with fellow supreme! Tech later went on alone reviving sniper adding 3 new members to the roster! Finding 2 great LDR's (Rambo & ZombieGaming) and 1 awesome Co LDR. (Aqualong) Today Sniper is still active though members could step up the activity a tab bit more! We are still grateful to have such dedicated members among us

With ET seemingly nearing it's end, I doubt such glory days will ever be repeated, but not for the lack of trying. Even now the admin team of TWC Sniper is a strong one. They fight daily to keep the server going. I don't envy them a bit, for their job is way harder than mine ever was. There was never a lack of guests when I rebuilt the server. Now with hardly anyone stopping in and with the server list having been down for a long time, it makes their job almost insurmountable. Yet they fight on, looking for ways to attract guests that will eventually become members.

The best thing about the TWC Sniper server was that no one ever gave up. Some came and went, but not a one ever gave up. I know that one day years from now, each and everyone of us will even if only a moment, look back and remember the great time they had in the greatest sniper server to ever be online in any game. Long live TWC Sniper!!!!!
