Below you can read the rules that require clarification


#1. Heavy spawnkilling is not allowed, unless it is done at a capturable spawn point
- Weapons considered heavy are: Artillery, airstrikes, panzer, mortar, mg42 and flamethrower (Splash damage from these weapons in spawnareas is considered heavy spawnkilling too!)
- Be aware that you CAN use heavy weapons/arty in captureable spawns at all times. (i.e. spawn points with a flag or those that are changed through moving the tank)
- Usage of crew mgs and tankmgs in spawnareas is allowed and not considered heavy spawnkill (e.g. at the second Axis spawnpoint in Gold rush, Allied players may use the tank or MG to kill Axis players, even in spawn areas)

The following pictures show the different areas where heavy sk is not allowed. Red means that you can not use heavy weaponry/arty and Green shows the spots from where it is allowed to use heavy weapons again.

#4. Balanced teams

When we talk about unbalanced teams it means +2 or +3 players (e.g. 8 Axis vs. 10 Allies.). In this situation an admin can choose two ways to solve this problem:

1) Move a player; Members should ALWAYS swap themselves first. If no member is available, a guest should be asked to swap.
2) Use !shuffle command (its recommended to use this option as a last resort)

#5. Selfkilling is not allowed

What is considered as selfkill in fight:

- Using /kill just before a panzer hits you
- A Soldier with panzer walks on a mine and vaporizes himself to avoid mine death
- Someone poisoned (blue syringe) throws a grenade/satchel to avoid the poison death

Ps : Sniper bind and 180 degrees turn script allowed

Every high admin (recruiter or higher) can suggest promotions in the High Admin Base. Members are able to vote in a poll who they want to be promoted to high-admin when there is a limited amount of spots and when there are at least 2 suitable candidates per spot.
Members who are level 4 and 5 will be promoted to level 6 based on their maturity, their activity and the time they have been in TWC.
It is advised to check the forum and play on the server on a daily basis if you wish to become eligible as admin.

Demotion will follow after a inactivity period of 30 days, without knowledge of the supremes (post in the inactivity thread of the ND base)
Demotion will follow when a member is not online on the forum at least every 2 weeks. (This rule was set in place because members did not know about changes made months ago.)
