with mobo compatibilty issue, without support for sli/crossifire ( in the low/medium price range), without support for multiple displays , for OC.
this a load of difference to consider, especially if we talk bout gaming
.Xeon cpu are useless for gaming. xeon cpu's are made for little/medium business system and workstations. for homeuse or gaming you choose i5 or i7 (or amd equivalent) depending on budget.considering xeon and i5/i7 perform equally more or less (but a different price range) , better take a cpu with an inboard gaming graphic imo that don't have compatibilty issues with mobo, oc , sli/crossfire,supporting multiple displays (xeon cpu's have these issues. and thats why they are considered server cpus, even from intel ..)
. plus for the same price, you get a cpu that is from 200 to 600 mhz more faster
Go for the i5 4690 for 200 euros, perfectly fits you

Just no, for that budget you get the i7 5820 or the i7 4790, that destroy the equivalent xeon cpu's, unless obv you're planning to use it as workstation or server system.
