If the demo of And contains enough proof then you are free to ban him. I cannot check the demo before tomorrow evening. However, if the demo of and doesnt contain sufficient proof, then we cant ban him. We cant be sure they are the same guys based on macadress so we shouldnt judge him based on newbe his demo.

E: The demo in Newbe his topic is obvious. I banned that ip. (87.184.197.118)
I would like more opinions on the demo of And?. I went ahead and already banned the ip she gave as well (84.186.109.228)

The guid provided there is the same as a user named Frames with ip 109.67.69.66 so banned this ip as well.
Macadresses of all 3 banned identities match but do not match with the identities of Fr4m3s.

So I'm not sure whether I should ban all known identities of Fr4m3s as well. (79.179.122.49, 79.183.161.*, 87.68.251.69)
