To locate the appdata folder show ur hidden files and folders. (Organize -> Folder options -> view -> check the box "show hidden files, folders and drives".
The appdata folder will be visible in ur C:\Users\Sijbom\
Another option is to type in your explorer window "%appdata%". This will open ur appdata folder. From there you can browse to the file.
