Hey there fellows

As you know, panzerfaust is too overpowered in the server especially with its high charge speed and if you ask me, it ruins the game. Here I come up with 3 choices :

1-) reducing it's charge speed

2-) reducing it's power

3-)both (I know this one is hard to hear for panzernoobs =) )

these three are possible as far as I know.
