Try to imagine how to implement the rule Jaymod doesn't allow to add the cases (IF ... THEN) or (WHERE). It allows to limit global number of classes or weaponry but - among other mods - its not surprise since yesterday - jaymod is pure simple mod. And now imagine the neverending situation where you force guests to stop using panza because of some hilarious rule... This way ND goes empty after some time. Guys, focus on something really useful, not any quirks who kill the gameplay. Certainly panza is kinda "pain in the ass" weapon, but RELAX ... its only a bunch of moving objects and textures, its a part of this "nevergettinold" game. Lets elaborate such precious way of thinking and create TWC mod (based on jay) where everything is limited till absurd limits. I thought we've done enough limitations and restrictive moves earlier...
