I like the idea of limiting the sniper rifle to two.
Maybe allowing 1 panzer when there are more as 6 players a team.

We added the molotovs to discrease the amounts of "rambo" medics in the server (1 year ago?). They are very useful when you are engineer and you need to defuse a dynamite. It's also useful for beginners because otherwise they would be killed the whole time.
