I'd say 70 hp would be a good compromise... anything higher would make a sniper invincible: imagine that you're running away from a sniper and he kills you instantly!

Remember that headshot do 2x damage (g_dmgHeadShotRatio) so 70*2= 140 = 1 headshot 1 kill (only lvl 4+ medic have more than 140 hp)
