Okay... As I promised, here are my thoughts:
Firs, I think becoming a TWC member should have the privilege of trust. Being an admin requires maturity, not everyone is capable of acting mature. My basic idea is to give more power to lower level people, because as I can see they are more active people in most cases, but without power, they are not capable of doing anything... With greater power comes greater responsibility. By that I mean every member would have to document every administrative thing (kick, *mute*, etc...) by console logging or screenshots preventing them to abuse. Abusing commands or the lack of maturity should be awarded with suspension, kick from clan, ban from servers depending on the level of rulebreaking.
So far I've come to this point, now I want to hear your opinions, ideas, suggestions...
Greetings, $n4cky!

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle. Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.”
