Would you use "bad language"? (sh*t and f*ck etc..)?
That's not really a good comparison. There is a big difference if you sit together at a table with your 10 year old cousins, or if you play in a shooting game with 10 year olds. Somewhere, somewhen I read ET is for 15+. So now we should take care of those young people who are not even supposed to play this game? This is really no place for so young people.
And the fact that these parents of a 10 year old acussed us of bad language and such is even more ridiculous. I mean, what is worse for a 10 year old: seeing an f word or playing a game where you kill other people?
Anyway, the idea of replacing 'bad words' with stars ** and no automute sounds pretty okay to me.

No, there isnt much big difference. Would you really use cursing words playing with your under 10 year cousin? Doesnt matter if you are playing next to each other (which is really common thing to me) or multiplayer?
Actually, I believe that he intended to state that those two situations are incomparable. This is the internet, not family dinner.
