Yep, they still do the same. Well... There aren't many hackers nowdays but it's very annyoing if there is in opponent's team.
If I had better computer, I would love WarRock even more. There are rooms for 16, 20, 24 and 32 people. All except 16 lags like 'not heaven'. I can barely move myself.
