By the way, I have "Glasvezel".. And they told me, that traffic doesn't care there. U will just get the 100% they said.

That's fiber optic. The speed is influenced by traffic no matter what. Fiber optic just permits transmission at higher bandwiths and the signal has less loss meaning that distance from the provider has less effect on the speed.
Shut down your modem for every night or when you won't be using it for longer periods of time.
