Imagine situation:
-2 Pro Axis
-1 Normal skilled Allied
Allied one wants to vote for bots to turn off, but always he votes, 2 professionals will vote no and vote will be always failed.
Allied one only wants bots on so he can play bit too, now allied one leaves server becuase he cant play at all, because 2 pro's are too good for him. Result: we lost guest.
