He had been explained many times in HIS NATIVE language, I won't waste my whole time for a single rulebreaker because 'he will not return to server'. Cheaters won't return too, is that a reason to cry or feel bad? There is a slight difference between getting rid of someone who doesn't respect rules and someone who doesn't understand them.
