Why is that radar jump not allowed?

+ I dont understand last fuel dump jump, so if you stand on that edge, it is allowed?

+ I dont understand why the battery window jump is still not allowed... When there are more than 20 people in the server, its hard for the allies to break through the axis defence (and everybody who plays in No download knows it is freaking annoying with all those molotovs, grenades and panzers), that window give them an extra optional way. And it will save you a lot of splats and nagging, because everybody is doing that jump
