I hit out of spown, i deal spash dmg in some area so its possible to kill in spown area (but impossible to kill in one hit 150 hp inside spown area). And that is much far from main spown. I didnt hit spown area, i didnt hit line of spown areaa, i hit allowed for heavy weapons area.
RULE ALLOW ME TO HIT MORTAR OVER SPOWN AREA LINE. Thats mean if i can hit there i can kill there.

You can fire the mortar any were you want just aslong it doesnt make splash damage in a sk zone, so if you fire your mortar on the edge of a sk zone it will do splash damage inside it (not alouwed).
