Ideas from Strax that were discussed in #support:
- Fix the ETLegacy filesystem character incompatibility by renaming the twc menu from ~~~~~~~~~~~~~twc_menu.pk3 to something like zzzzzzz_twc_menu.pk3
- Let all new players start with level 5 skills on all roles (tryhards can !resetmyxp)
- Change medic ammo to start from 30/60 instead of 30/30
- Discuss the possibility of removing no wj rules
- ADD MOAR MAPS, for example: Caen

Ok to clarify for some that do not use discord (boomers - sorry not sorry >D)

1. Fix ET legacy
I think this is self explanatory. A lot of ppl these days use ET Legacy for various reasons (better performance, up to date, security reasons, etc.). It would boost the accessibility of our server which is a no brainer if you ask me.

2. All skill levels 5 by default
When people lose their et key, they lose their xp. When new players join they have no xp. Because of that, they have to grind for some levels because it literally gives the advantage (stamina, accuracy, ammo, etc.) I think it should be lvl 5 by default so those players can "plug-and-play". Basically they don't have to worry about playing x class because they want y perk. Also important part is, that if a player want to go through the grind, they are free to do !resetmyxp, if that's what enjoy. That way it's a win-win for everyone. Perhaps set it as a message when a player joins to let them know of the option.

3. Change (medic?) ammo from 30/30 to 30/60
So for the record, I don't know if engineers and other classes also start with only 1 spare mag in their thompson/mp40. I suggested this solely because it's annoying and you need to look for ammunition all the time. I would add in more but I guess y'all hate rambo medics D< (rambo medic lives also matter xd)

4. Removing WJ rules
I think no WJ is kinda boring because for me ET is all about fast paced shooting. By removing the ability to WJ it feels like you take away a lot of it's fast-paced nature. That's why I'd like to remove WJ rule or at least make fine adjustments (the map that most annoyed me was supply because as allies it's really boring to just wait till you blow a hole). It also makes the game much more dynamic because you have more routes to attack or surprise attackers.

5. More maps
"NO DOWNLOAD" is a meme. We need more maps that are popular, we could add map cycles to spice things a little (weekly or fortnightly?)

Overall the whole reason I'm writing this is, because ET community has a huge hole in the server infrastructure. At the moment, there's literally no vanilla JayMod server that is active in EU and for (to me unknown) reason players are really active on FA JayMod server that is very similar to ND. So if we are able to get the settings right (basically what the majority enjoys) we could have a pretty solid playerbase in no time, because I'm sure that players would prefer to play on EU server rather than US with 130 ping or more.
