Misunderstanding

Hello everyone, I'm making this "complaint" thread because I'm getting disrespected from some supremes about getting back into Panzerwar server as a High Admin.

we didnt disrespect you number, we simply stated that we do not require any more HA's in panzerwar, i know i said you have experience and stuff but that was because i get depressed occasionally and sugarcoat stuff. when actually you tarnished yourself from all the leavings and rejoinings you did. how can we trust someone who might just leave when they feel slightly bored? this is what we accidently did when you left as a leader back in 2018.

I only want to see replies from supremes (if someone wants to give opinion please give a clear opinion about this situation not toxic and arguments).

now you might look at this reply as a toxic response. this isnt a toxic response, this is me being honest with you mate. I am simply going to criticize you, because you are really starting to rapidly make yourself look like an idiot to me.

Firstly, some of you might ask why I didn't rejoined PW if I want to be high admin there - I joined ND because ND is server where TWC Members plays often than in PW, and I firuged out if I want to do something bigger than just being as a member I must be matured and active and follow the rules which I did while I was in ND. That's why I joined ND because I wanted to show members that I'm matured and active enought.

number, if you wanted to do something bigger than just being as a member, then why didnt you do anything else other than playing? you could of still organized events and done lots of cool stuff. also trying to make yourself look more mature actually makes you look immature because a mature guy wouldnt worry about how they look or sound to other people.
and one more thing, you could of joined pw and still played in ND and still done what you wanted to do by playing there without creating this furball in the future.

Secondly, why I didn't transfer instead of leaving? - Because I know if I would transfer I'll never become again HA because of my leavings and rejoinings.

you could of transfered to pw and yeah you would of looked a lil stupid for it but guess what, you would of looked less stupid than if you left. what did you do? you decided to actually leave.

Thirdly, if you guys thinking that I'm asking for a higher level you're definitely wrong because I'm not asking, I just want to do what I used to do in 2018.

if that is really how you think, im sorry but actually it was a mistake to make you that rank back in 2018, because its really showing your power junkie side. that level 10 rank went straight to your ego and you dont want to let go of it when actually you automatically let go of it by letting everyone down in 2018. if you so badly want it back, you have to understand the fact that you dropped the ball so now you have to walk the long loop again to pick it back up.

Fourthly, calling me as a clan hopper (or whatever you said it) is little bit offensive I think because I'm not leaving every 2 weeks

yes, you arent leaving every 2 weeks but what you are doing is leaving every 2-3 months (1 month this time). trust me, 2-3 months is too soon. try aim for a year atleast please.

yes. that was a mistake by leaving instead of transferring. you still cant see that?

Also about second leaving, I joined ND in November 2019 and I've left in January 2020 and I personally don't think that's a short time, (short time would be 1 week or 2 weeks)

November 2019 to January 2020 is 2 months. thats still a short time number.

And I'm not happy with the thing what I've got yesterday from one of PW supreme - we don't need a high admin because we have 2 supremes. It's actually suprised me because as I remember when I was High Admin of PW there was with me ErrorLoading and Poseidon and 2 supremes (and also later Nirv was high admin of pw with me).

thats because back then i had a different mindset as supreme. i used to think members should progress the ranks ASAP. but now i have a different more chilled mindset of: only promote when you need to.
we didnt actually need so many admins back then and having a lot of admins can be a bad thing (arguments between staff etc.) especially when immature people like you take those ranks on. (which is also partly my fault, because i suggested you.)

So it would be better if you said you don't want me as a high admin.

you are absolutely right. i was in a slightly depressed mood yesterday and clearly i was too nice to you. i didnt tell you the truth of it which i should of but didnt have the energy to. instead i decided to go with your flow when what i should of actually done is say "look buddy, you dropped the ball in 2018, you are gonna have to work for it to pick that ball back up".

For someone who thinks why he wants to be again in the clan when he leaves two weeks later - Here is my answer, if I wouldn't had any issues in 2018 I would have stayed in PW to this day.

it would of been cool if you did, you would probably be a supreme by now. but you didnt and to make it worse, you try cover it up with something you have disproved over and over to us at all.

I know I made a big mistake I should go inactive instead of leaving but people make mistakes, and I made that mistake and I'm sorry for it.

atleast you recognize that. if you rejoin and in the future you feel like leaving again, talk to me or zone because there is a million better options that just 'leave'.

So please I'm asking you to give me last one chance to be high admin of panzerwar server (I repeat last one chance please) I'm not going to leave again I promise, I learned from this mistake and I would never do it again I promise here, I know how to act as a high admin, I did once and I want to do it again.

like i said earlier, you dropped the ball now you have to work for it again. and the fact you keep saying the same thing over and over is digging yourself a hole at this point number. your words hold no weight anymore because you apologized, nagged for a last chance and promised probably 50 times in one day. who is going to take you seriously anymore?

another thing i want to talk about is how you have contradicted yourself. yesterday on that server you said countless times about how you have changed as a person and aren't going to leave anymore. but the moment zone came on and started telling you the truth (which i didnt have the energy to, lousy thrasher), you simply stated "i am done with this clan" and left.
now there is a thing with people that break their own promises that really angers me and its that they will constantly talk about how determined they are over their goals and then a day later or a week later or even in your case minutes later, they will give up and leave it for another day. and that is exactly what you did number.

you have dissapointed me a lot over the past few days and frankly i dont see why i want you as a member here. i would rather you read this post, take on the tips and advice i offered and use that to grow first. then ill think about making you a member here let alone a leader.
