If there are no specifications, then I'd suggest you just modify/add the following for " pure panzerwar awesomeness " 
:-
1) /seta com_maxfps -- to either 43/76/125
-- because these 3 values help you move and jump a bit faster and higher.
2) /pmove_fixed 1
-- same as above . Although i'm not sure if it works on other mods than etjump.
