Apart from the things I mentioned before which you can bring or are free to suggest (Other foods for a mealplan, all kinds of boardgames and other playtools, WII and PS3 games etc....) there are 2 things Id still ask from you:
1. Gimme a list of songs etc. you would like to listen to during the meeting.
We will surely want to have some music in the background etc., and since we dont really have internet access at the meeting spot Id download a list for the meeting with all the music you suggested beforehand via Google Music. So - go ahead
2. If you know you come and want to help me with the meals and also want to have people get a taste of your homecountry -> list what and when you want to cook with us
