Hello,
I'm currently attempting to produce this:

Could`nt find lage slabs of puff pastry so I made smaller ones with this:
Puff Pastry wrapped around pieces of chocolate bar. Nicely massaged with egg white. Didn`t add the almonds because couldn`t find them in the supermarket And in to the oven at 200 Celsius for 25 mins.
It's gonna look like Instant diabetes, but I hope it tastes as good
