You can't give somebody the second, third or more opportunities, because every time these opportunities will be destroyed. This makes no sense, when you give someone a chance, and he/she is shamelessly uses and expects the next. In these times, politeness won't solve anything. These people get punished once or twice until finally benefit from the choice - gtfo or stay and be polite. All lie all the time, on any topic, only to justify. Here everything is and will be unfair.
