Headshot | Roster Updates (archived by HeXomega)

I still don't understand the point of having recruiters since we recruit via forums these days.
If there is a guest on the server that would like to join, every single member (it doesn't even have to be a HS member), can redirect the guest to our forums.

So 'Inactive Recruiters means we cant get any new members' makes no sense to me, but that is just my opinion.

The only reason we might need a recruiter is just for the commands to keep an eye on the server in case there is like a 'keyboard warrior' or in the worst case a hacker.

I understand what you mean..
But let me get to the point,
Recruiters and Members u cant compare them together, Their Job is different and their role is different and probably i can say there r difference going on between these 2,

and what u said that the point of having recruiters is nothing since members can lead guests to the forum easily, alright but imo whats the point of members leading guests to forums since ive kept Banners on the global chat popping out every 20-15 seconds informing globally repeatedly for players to come and register on forums for membership wouldnt be that more easier?

However not going to say that Members cant do anything, ofc they can help a player to make him join our server only if he/she is likely willing to(not by forcing or judging him/her)

"only reason we might need a recruiter is just for the commands to keep an eye on the server in case there is like a 'keyboard warrior' or in the worst case a hacker."

To keep eye on the server? not only that, you should know why the title "Recruiter" has been given to that lvl system, They can do their work as a High Admin to keep the server safe + as a recruiter they concentrate on the players who likes to play alot in our server or they r willing to join it and thats Recruiter's highest priority because they know how that Player reacts and how his/her behaviour looks like, Unfortunately Member's role and their priority is different as well as the recruiter's one, They play and get to know with the custom players, they call for high admin or recruiter incase of any troubles or any help plus they try to make the server go active and thats their Main point/priority.

On the other hand, We have trial time based on our applications now, so whenever a Member/guest/Banner informs him to post his application on forums a recruiter or high admin is needed to Check up on him and create a trial time for his app and so on they have the High Admin's base also to discuss about the reaction/behaviour of that player. And yes thats why ive also created both commands so that High Admins and Recruiters can use them to know what they should do at first when they met a player who wants to join the server,
Members they follow the basic or i can say the main rules of the server and forums and usually they dont go for Recruitment rule cause that doesnt fit them atm, they can also for sure just call the admin that this guy wants to join etc i.e informing.

Now imagine im inactive, High Admins are inactive, Recruiters are inactive and only u members/Guests are active, could u simply lead the guy to post an application while we r inactive? and tbh Supreme shouldnt always go for recruiting and editing roster and Setting app trial, Moderation stuff because these stuff is connected with High Admins and recruiters, its their own role to do that not always Supreme.

Now u know why Recruiter's case is that much important, you cannot think that having them is useless imo,

P.S: If u want to reply back again then head to the chatroom section because making more decisions here is not suitable for this thread.
