First thing I've noticed and thing that I would change is deleting rank colours(they look gay to me 
). Another thing is that there should be only 3 ranks, that is: leader, coleader and member. I think that the position of recruiter is not so important, or even useless. If somebody is a good candidate for a member or not should be leader's and coleader's decision. Those are only my suggestions and I hope that only the most skilled players would be members of this team(players like eru or nirv, and other pro players).
