I don't believe ET maps use more then 128mb, as a matter of fact I found on some forum that NQ team tested like over 100 maps or smth and none of them went over 80mb.
You could try with /hunkmegs 512, but not sure if it will help, usually the higher the better as long as you don't go over your available RAM that is.
