That is wird with bots. I use Omnibot version 0.83 currently on Vietnam, all with factory (downloaded) settings, and I have currently set these values:
[Difficulty]
CurrentDifficulty = 3
AdjustAim = 1
[CombatMovement]
moveskill = 2
Some people complained that this bot difficulty is too strong but most consider iit just fine. As we experienced, there is a quite large difference between difficulty levels 2 and 3. Level 2 proved to be relative weaker but for BG it might be the good selection for the initial time, when visitors are farming skills and XP. With diff lvl 2 Adjust aim and Comnat movement can be 4-4 each.
And "my bots" do all mission functions without any further tweaking, while bots on BG currently do not even repair tank or take MG, they do not detroy doors etc., just walking around on the maps.
As I did not have these problems, I cannot help with clues, just indicating the issues.
Maybe bots behaviour differs at certain mods...?
I meant earlier you might consider to have 4-4 bots at each team.
What I still would notice is that a longer warmup time like 20-30 seconds might be better at this initial period, when many members and guests need to download new maps and mod stuff, so they would not miss the match start.
