It's not, becouse engineer can defuse it.

Heavy sk is when damage comes immediately. Dynamite blows in 30 seconds.

Reduced axis spawntime by one second. Reduced amount of flamers and mg's on battery to 1. More changes might follow shortly.
Changes take effect tomorrow morning.

We're currently ranked #12 on gametracker, with our highest position past month being #9. Let's all try to play as much as we can, to maintain a top 10 spot!

We're also ranked 8 in skill and 11 in rate on Trackbase even if some of our strongest members aren't in it yet !
Feel free to register on it http://et.trackbase.net/ , to reserve your current name and to join us ! (http://puu.sh/aLYmr/90719bfd2e.jpg) You'll need your GUID (!finger yourself ingame) and also to locate your etkey.

Here's its page: http://et.trackbase.net/index.php?mod=claninfo&cidx=218

In order to join it, after sucessfully redeeming your name, you just have to put the tags "-TWC|" and to enter the password "TWCclan" in the clan column ! (Right here: http://puu.sh/aLYta/eb98d10397.jpg)
