This is really urgent but the regulators do not have permission to kick someone out just because he is inactive. We need permission of the server supreme. For NoD, we really need a second supreme asap.

Regulators are in no way related to tasks of the server. You cannot remove/add members to the community by being a regulator. A regulator's job is strictly limited to the forums.

Ok, in upcoming days / weeks we decide about "zero activity" fellows. Anthon and me will certainly demote or remove these inactive guys. There will be also few promotions for lower admins who simple deserve it thanks to their high activity.

More about inactive guys - I marked red star next to still completely inactive guys (the roster), imho there should be another removal from TWC, this time concerning Dos17 and Weed, it seems both have forgotten long time ago about TWC. The same Manius who can't be promoted since very long time due to his nearly 0 activity. I doubt we need phantom admins. There are few more guys who show lack of activity on gs and on forum. Just check the names and compare them to the others.
