It's not a solution. Bots should disconnect/join/switch teams depending on players. If one team has 3 real players and other team has none, it should be possible to join the team that has no real players in it.

If the bots don't have waypoints, bot's can't disconnect.

I think it might be good idea to remove bots that cannot move in some maps.

Is Hemppa still with us? Everytime i see him in HS, he isnt using his tags.

I'd say just remove him from the roster and remove his level, I removed his in ND server though.
