I suggest that we should be a bit faster with smaller level promotions (11-14/15) to keep our new members feel welcome.

When I joined TWC in may, I got promotions REALLY slow in the beginning and that made me feel a bit frustrated, and I'm sure that I'm not the only one.

So what I'm suggesting, is that first promotions would mainly go something like this:
11 -> 12 - 20k XP / 3 active days
12 -> 13 - 50k XP / 7 active days
13 -> 14 - 70k XP / 12 active days
14 -> 15 - 100k xp / 21 active days
And of course using common sense is allowed, if the player gets 100k xp in one day by killing bots, it's a different thing.

What bad could it be to promote our active members a bit faster, since they don't have any new commands or abilities anyways before being level 20? Now the promoting is going as slow as twice the times mentioned above.

A lot of new & old members are saying that the admin system is messed up, but I guess that HMS's are aware of this and levedits are soon to be.

And now im off to counting sheep.
