What's with arty/airstrike again? You can shoot it all the time as long as you are recharged. It was limited a month (?) ago, why back to unlimited?

Banners are in a pointless place too, I don't think many people read them there. I noticed they're there after playing 6 or 7 maps today. Were a lot better in chat place.
