Maybe to help they NQ server ? Replace nd for NQ ! Because ND server is very active . And to help NQ server you can add it in 1 day of they psa rooster?
And remove ND of psa rooster? Because is most active server . And will stay like that

Replacing ND to NQ in that way that it would not be anymore one of the PSA's working server.
Drop ND out of their list and add NQ to ND's place

i'm sorry to disrupt this thread but NQ is a tTWC server it's not a OFFICIAL TWC server,
so i don't know if PSA may help this server...
daring to make a difference.
