For 1080p I'd go for Intel personally

Sure Ryzen is the best bang for buck but at 1080p it just can't push the frames that Intel can

Last wednesday I ordered AMD Ryzen 7 1700, msi tomahawk b350 and 16gb ram from Germany. Well yesterday my parts arrived and they’re working just fine... I still need a new GPU, turns out my GTX 970 is not good enough anymore Tongue I cannot decide between GTX 1060 and GTX 1070, pls someone help me decide!

I dunno honestly i would look around for info about the upcoming 1100 series and check if bitcoin mining stopped increasing gpu prices

Today I finally upgraded my GPU... I bought GTX 1660ti Tongue after I bought it i realised that I cannot use DVI anymore because the GPU does not have DVI port. My old monitor was pretty bad so I bought a new one: Samsung C24FG73 23.5" curved 144hz. Now I use DP (my old monitor did not have that port). This will do for now Wink

ihey hey

In past i had alienware 17 r5 with a 1080 gtx and Play with a 34zoll 18dw monitor 4k 120 hz but since 2 month i have an alienware area 51m notebook with 9900k and with intern 2070 gtx and a aw ampilifier extern gpu with a 2080ti...

but mostly i play on the sofa or bed without egpu and intern 144 hz laptop monitor...

notebook benchmarks: fire strike with 2070 gtx 17572 time spy 7714
with egpu 2080 ti benchmarks:fire strike 24670 and time spy 11096

A littlebit to overpowerd for et but the notebook is Very silent when I Play then Smile
