Duckies, the issue tembalance on BG has becoming more and more unclear for me.

So when there is no automatic (forced by server setting) teambalance and there is no admin on server, can players join teams with more members, thus making the match quite unfair? Or will you provide a contionuous BG admin presence that will consider team powers and restores balance if needed?

Or do certain players like honoured guests or admins have a privilege not keep teams balanced...?

Finally, is actually the question of teambalance an issue on BG or you would not like to take care of it?

If the answer is yes to the latest question, then I will not have any more questions or suggestions in this topic.

Herr is something like the MST of BG, no one have the right to tell him things to do.

- if teams are unfair in bg when admins arent around you are free to vote ''shuffle teams and restart/dont restart round" and hope to get balanced teams xD

- there is no such thing like special priviledges to guests / admins in bg. Herr geutebrueck for example has been praised in BG since ages because he is one of the best players in bg doing obj.

- there is not teambalance issue in bg and if there are admins around its their duty to balance the teams. if they are avaible and not AFK

[Impact]

There is no such thing as some people having the ''privilege'' to not keep the teams balanced.
We don't have a rule that forces people to balance the teams, nor do I want that rule.
Also, balance does not necessarily mean equal numbers.
Example: put Sky and some other really good player in 1 team, then put 4 low/average players (like me) in the other team. Even though it's 2v4, those teams are pretty balanced.
I think it's better to just let the players pick their own team. It's going fine the way it is.

I had a incident today with TaraGirl, when it was 2v4 and I asked multiple times for someone from Allies to join Axis but I had nothing and I had her keep saying "no". I eventually got through to someone and as a admin I am only trying to do my job.

I honesty don't think its that big of an issue, It only happens max a couple time a day and most of the time it will be solved by admin or even a non admin. Also I am not in favor of enforcing it, as Impact says, some good players are worth 2 not-so-good players.
