lol, that is actually one of my favourite albums in general :P Always makes we wanna travel and go outside, ride a bike or go hiking...which is of course also related to the awesome movie of which that album is the soundtrack^^

Nice song, her voice is really pleasurable to hear and the lyrics are indeed very good!

I actually didn't know that album! But it's great, thanks for the tip! I really liked those songs you recommended, they are all very peaceful and beautiful Privateering is my favourite of them so far. I heard of Mark Knopfler before and of course already knew his original band Dire Straits, but didn't really listen to his solo stuff yet. I'll definitely discover him some more

I couldn't really think of anything similar to that, except maybe Johnny Cash. But I personally am not such a big fan of him. I could recommend you some more acoustic-based songs though, if you're into that kind of stuff :P

I really like Bob Dylan's first few albums. Some very nice acoustic songs there..
