I've had enough, like other members of the dumpster on the server. It slowly becomes boring, embarrassing and annoying. Since the stupid behavior of members and players we have lost a person with a valid position - something must be wrong.
I want to introduce the principle of MayheM on the server so that everyone is applied to it, it's about:

Now about members. If you see someone swears or something like that, don't be afraid to take screenshot of him, even if it is a higher position than you. You can't pay for the consequences, on the contrary, if I see that someone is old and it goes pretty well, I'm willing to promote it after some time. A good deal? I think so.
Anyone who sends me a screenshot, can be anonymous if you just ask for it. Then really, don't be afraid to take some screenshots.
All screenshots are to be sent to me, I gathered the few screenshots of each member and constantly drew the consequences. If the situation about someone persists, the consequences can really hurt. Zero compassion, not worth it to play with someone like that.
What you must to do when swearer/something other have smaller level?
1. Mute + warn + get screenshot.
2. Kick (if possible) + get screenshot.
3. Contact with 17 or higher level + get screenshot. / if you're 17 or higher you can demote him.
What you must to do when swearer/something other have higher level?
1. Warn + get screenshot.
2,3,4... You can only warn him and take screenshots. Stay with it. Also you can contact to higher admin.

Why is it so hard? If I see that someone swears, I don't derive any joy from the game, just like other players.
