HS 1vs1 Cup #9 - Nirv - 05-03-2021

Good news everybody ! After

ZonElax's poll, it seems like we will be hosting another Headshot 1vs1 event 
The previous cup's results and winners were :
1. uYop
2. Tuksi
3. Nirv
Here are some further details :
The 1vs1 tournament will be on Sunday 4th April, during the evening, probably at 7pm.
7 pm - GMT +1 - Paris/Berlin
6 pm - GMT +0 - London
8 pm - GMT +2 - Helsinski
Mod : Jaymod / Headshot only
The rules will be the same as the previous one :
-Single Luger and Colt only.
-No double jumping during the fight
-No jumping during fight (one jump tolerated)
-First one to get 10 kills wins
-Only single-handed pistol kills count
-Only staying in the "labyrinth" area, don't go in the other room by the doors nor the elevators in the air to save time
-During matches, (spectators) use team_chat instead of main_chat to give peace for the players to concentrate
-No selfkill

Alright! Count me in baby!
If there will be time to spare, we can divide into two groups and have a fun match. Also, if you guys are interested I can make a new map for the tournament. That way everybody will have equal chance - considering there are people who knows the map with their eyes closed. Just an idea.

Well, it depends on your taste and the meaning of fairness...about fairness:
- spawn protection: (script/built in pushing triggers) or randomly placed spawnpoints (example: MP Basement, Mazewar, Blaster maze)... you could use one of the mentioned maps, because those are made for competitive games, or just make a poll with the most popular HS maps
- doublejump: glass roof (map cfg/script/built in) to disable doublejump...map cfg is the easiest way to reset g_misc, but the decision is up to you
Layout:
- simple/crowded
- dark/bright
- nature (trees, rocks etc.)/man-made (maze, building, rooms, futuristic etc.)
- additional objects (ammo, health, teleporter etc.)
If you would like to play on a brand new map, just let me know the details and I'll show you some projects. But I'm sure Zone also got some samples/ideas in his pocket.
