Hi folks !

I've started my formation, and for this, the formation center gave me a work PC.
I wanted to play ET on this PC, so I basically made a rar file from the ET directory on my personal PC, and unrared it on the work PC.

So, I've got the same files, the same game, the same etkey, the same config...
But the behavior is not the same : the keymap is not good, the field of view is not good...

What the hell ?

For example, in my config, cg_fov is set to 120, but inplay, I've got a 90 fov ???

The only difference is that on my personal PC, I'm an admin, not on my work PC.
Can it be the reason of this trouble ?

All right, I just talked with DarkMyst ingame, who told me to also copy files from the document's directory, and now it works.

Did you exec the cfg my dude?

If your stuff is not saved in autoexec or you don't have some

+exec configname.cfg

in your launch options, it's not going to magically execute!

Other than that ET can be moved just like you did, at least I have copypasted my installation multiple times and it worked fine.
